Other names appearing on the Meadows Fest bill include Chance the Rapper, Kygo, Cage the Elephant, Grimes, The 1975, Mac Miller, Metric and Pusha T.

The festival reportedly came about because organizers wanted to bring West back to the city after his performance at Governors Ball was canceled due to inclement weather, according to Rolling StoneIt helps that Meadows Fest’s organizers are the minds behind Governors Ball.

After that June 5th performance fell through, West tried to line up a pop-up show the same night to make it up to fans. He tried organizing a show at Webster Hall then at Trump Soho and finally at a third venue, but each time something got in the way and he eventually called it.

Any ticket holders who were supposed to attend that day can access an early pre-sale on June 22. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on June 23. More details are available at Meadows Fest’s website.
